I have a 67 GTO.400/4V. If I were to open the hood scoop and add a metal baseplate along with air cleaner seal, would this work?Thanks Rich

again more info,what intake is on the engine? and what kind of crab,? if you have the orig items then its, a yes,do you really want to cut a orig. hoodscoop & hood, that is the question??? theres a old saying, you can restore it 67 times, but its only orig. just once./// gto by pontiac
