The lower portion of the wood paneling on my heater face is peeling up. I was told that a hot glue gun will fix this. Is this all that I will need? Any help will be appreciated.

I'd say it would work, but use sparingly or Super glue would also work. You could order a new reproduction wood panels from PY. I did and looks great.
