A local wreckers here has some parts that I am thinking of purchasing. He has the following:

2 15x8 WS6 Snowfalke Rims
1 Rally II with center cap and chrome trim ring
1 Chrome trim ring
2 peices for the front faring (the two fender flares)

He has given me a total price of $250 for the lot. He told me $125 for just the two snowflakes. I don't need the Rally II anymore as I found one but I still want everything else.

What would be a good price for these parts?

Ummm sounds fairly reasonable if im not mistaken PY and a few other places get like 100.00 a piece for the fender flares, if your gona put em on frount and back yer gona need 6 of them thoe to get that really cool look hehe.
So far as the rims, well i dont know why people like the snow flakes so much. i have a set of 15X8 turbo rims that would look much cooler, not to mention that they are Aluminum, and weigh alot less and have all 4 firebird center caps and are for sale if yer looking but the price the guy is asking sounds fair to me, but im shure if you take 200.00 cash and say hey this is all i got he will take it
P.s. i got a 80 model turbo car with alot of goodies left on it email me if ya need anything

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">PY charges $100 but that is also US funds. Then I would have to pay shipping etc. I will be paying $250 Cdn for all of these parts. Hey....I am almost answering my own question.

I like the Turbo rims. My brother has four gold ones on his '81.

As far as the '80 turbo car....how much you looking to get for the hood and how much would shipping be? Probably too much but my brother needs a Turbo hood for his '81. We have looked a little locally but have been unable to find one decent enough for the "right" price.

Here's a tip when asking this type of question on this board. Convert it to U.S. dollars, as 99.8% of us that are on the board reside in the U.S.

If the Snowflakes are not damaged and just need to be cleaned up, $125 U.S. is not unreasonable for the pair. Offer $100 and see what happens.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">A good little wreck huh? Something like my 1980 Firebird Esprit . If you are interested, more pictures of the wreck can be seen at http://www.geocities.com/rpk76/1980Updtd.htm .

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I was aware of that Brian but got lazy and did not convert it to U.S. funds. So, I guess that $125 Cndn is about $78 U.S. give or take a few dollars!?!?

Done and done! I picked up the two 15x8 WS6 Snowfalkes (the ones with the gold on them), two front flares and a beautiful looking chrome ring for $215 + tax. The total came to $247.25 Cndn. Not bad I think! It comes out to about $156 U.S.
