Well I'm New to the board and I'm probably not the first to ask but my horn is haunted. My inspection is past due, and I would rather spend time replacing my ring gear. I took the wheel off and did the usual things that get it to work. Im not getting juice up in my steering collum now, although not long ago I did. Is this a ground problem? Thanks Tim
