Dumb question but...Lemans and gto quarters are the same for each year right? So can repro quarters carry the gm seal with part number or are those strictly NOS panels? I am looking at a quarter panel for a '70 that has gm part number 9817322 on sticker but want to make sure its not a new reproduction. Any ways to verify NOS authenticity?

I am not aware of anyone that is reproducing full quarters for the 70-72 Lemans/GTO yet, so if the one you are looking at is a full quarter (includes sail panel, door jamb and trunk channel), it is most likely NOS.
