J&D PLATING [CHROME]
I just wanted to relay my experience with j&d plating located in elwood , in.
i took the rear bumper from my 65 gto to them to have it plated. it was dinged in several places and had a couple shallow dents also. they straightened it out buffed it to a mirror finsh and did a show quality plating job on it. i looks better than i ever expected it to. turn around was about 6 weeks, which isn't bad considering the volume of work they turn out. the price was reasonable [ no plating job is cheap anymore] and the service was exceptional. they held the bumper at no charge to me for a longer amount of time than normal due to a mixup in communications. i'm also going to take the trim off of the car to be polished. contact info is as follows J&D PLATING metal polishing and plating / nickel and chrome plating 2740 S.P.
