Bill E, great pics of your uncles Judge. A "friend" of mine owned a Red body, Red interior, WHITE painted roof - 70 Judge for quite a while. Untouched virgin and complete throughout when he bought it. It went solid Red when he repainted it. RamIII/3spd stick.
Restored/Rebuilt everything except interior (it needed full interior re-done). Sold it in 1996 for 3500 without offering it to me. Known him since elementary school. Some friend - huh ? Found out it had been sold - and the price - when new owner called me looking for a dashpad. |

Interesting, I got to see my uncle today and he said he knew of only one other 2 tone paint 70 Judge, as it was an opposite paint scheme of his and matching your story of it being painted all red. I remember the first name only he said was John who had it and thats it, could be the same car? They both had red interior and 8-tracks. One other option I know of on my uncles car was special ordered and dealer installed was the hood pins. He added the 71 sport mirrors himself also.
He even has nos fenders , rear quarters and Judge stripes too when it gets restored if needed (fenders and 1/4's?). He is also building a clone to his with a 455/4 speed/12 bolt. Quote:

Might not be same Judge - but never can tell. This one was in Greensboro, NC from at least 1985-1996, owned by a guy named Brett S.
Next owner was also a NC guy. No telling where it is now. |

Hey gregsgtos2,were you at the GTO nationals in louisville this year with your 69 Matador Red convertible because I saw a Judge convertible that was Matador Red with Black top and parchment interior drive through the parkig lot and wanted to see it closer since I have a Matador Red Judge hardtop with parchment interior although it came with black interior from the factory. I never seen the car after that in the parking lot or driving around.

I think they have a rule here about 70 mint turquoise Judge owners HAVE to post pictures and details of their Car. The majority have declared it as the lowest production Judge color in 70. Don't see many.

697, probably all Judges....there were only 774 mint turquoise GTO's all total!!!!!!....and only 10% of all gto's were Judges...therefore, approximately 75-80 "mint turquoise" Judges!!!...making it the rarest color on a Judge!!
