Default '73 GTO Value?

What are 1973 GTO's worth? Desirable or not?

Thanks,

Jim

Wow.......thats one open ended question........Looking at your Signature its obvious that you have more than a few cars and I assume knowledgable in values..........How much is the seller asking?

$ 3,500.0 with a blown engine, presumably good otherwise. Don't know much more. We have a '68 Goat but that is not in the same ballpark (I think?). Also, they seem to be butt ugly? And yes, I do know alot about "70's T/a's, Z28's, etc., but not this car.

I hear you......I too, am not very knowledgeable on the 73's......started a reply to your 2cnd post, but had to retract it because I had 74 GTO on my mind......must be getting old........

not sure of the desirability of the 73's............I would hesitate on trying to "flip" one...........

I`d steer clear unless it`s something you really want. The 73-77 colonade bodies are cool imo, but trying to find any replacement parts is a nightmare and even if restored they wont fetch anywhere near what a 72 and under car will bring.
