Could someone tell me how the back up light wiring harness is correctly routed from the trans into the car?
Thanks D. F. The car is a 67 GTO and has a 4spd. trans

Look at this thread -- General Tech, Electrical Issues, "Backup LIght Wiring" posted June 6, 2006 (sorry, I do not know how to attach a link to it here so you will have to do a search for it). Just read and follow the advice given by Pete Serio and ignore everything else you see on this thread. Peter is an expert -- do a search on him and you will see the very very positive things everyone has to say about him. I have purchased a 67 4 speed Hurst shifter from Pete, as well as a beautiful set of Rally gauges. He has been a presenter at several of the National GTOAA annual rallies. When he tells you how to do something, save yourself alot of frustration and just do it.
