Default Front Valance?

I dont know if I`ve used the correct name or not but I`m looking for the part that goes below the front bumper. I think its called a valance? Looks like teh license plate attaches to it in the middle. Anyone know where I can get one of these and if it is the correct term for the part?

Front valance panel is a good name for it, lower grill panel works too. These parts take a beating on many Tempests. Not a lot of real good ones around these days. Depending on how bad yours is, it might make sense to work with what you have until something better comes along.

Default CHECK EBAY NOW

There's an auction on eBay right now in CA. Check it out (don't have the auction number handy. Starting bid is $29)

I got one from east west for around $125 about 6 years back. He should have one if you can't find one any place else. Pat

The one pictured in that auction looks like the upper part is from a '61. (Is that two pieces?) better check if 61 & 62 are the same.

No they arent the same. Although the fenders are the valance is different in the center because of the 62s one piece grill.

Forgot to mention. If you need the upper part of the radiator support and latch assembly for a 62 I have a few nice ones.
