It seems to me that there are two kinds of "snobs"

Craig:
It's quite clear that you are a 70-73 snob. You got a picture of every car on Saturday evening and somehow missed my 74. Pretty clear to me! LOL

So it seems to me that some of you guys fall into DOUBLE SNOB territory, with both a 70/73 as well as an SD, .....Bob it looks like you and I are always going to be on the outside of some group....LOL

And YES I would like an SD in my garage....But I will have to wait on that one, it went down the tubes with my 401k... NOT LOL

I've heard that the state of Illinois has the highest rate of 73 SD ownership in the nation. And most of them are under two roofs. Just what i heard ...

Red is rocking, Green is mean, but White is Right !

The states of Illinois and Wisconsin sure as heck got the SD T/A and Formy market cornered, LOL!

I am trying to help get the Great State of Texas "in the running"!

Thanks, Brew!

Current news is that I've decided to go ahead and get a 30 day loan and buy the SD now. Just called Gary and gave him the good news.

I should have the car here within a couple of weeks, depending on my hauler's schedule.

Yippeeeeeeeeeeee !!!

Lloyd:

I'd be more than happy to take a couple vacation days and drive her down for you! I promise down to do anything to her that wasn't meant to be done!

The Uprising is a great show. FTR: There are quite a few SD's in Michigan as well. Don't count us out. Afterall, we invented the darn thing.

Talking Snobberduty snobberism

Since this has been going around in this thread, I figured it would be nice if 'seasoned' Snobberdutyist could shed some light/ insight on 'proper' snobberism to us new additions to the club. I have had my car since '06, but just recently got it n the road and will need to practice my Snobberduty snobberism before I take it to cruises and shows.

Additionally, it appears that not only is Snobberduty snobberism relevant amongst SD owners toward all others, but within the SD ownership club as well. It seems that a 73 SD owner may snub or not even recognize a 74 SD. Now what if that 74 SD is a stick while the 73 SD is an auto? Who has ultimate snobberism privileges?

Let the fun or snobberism etiquette begin.....

BTW.. thanks to all those who helped with my alternator numbers. Looks like I have the correct one for the car. excellent.

Now there's a plan - I'd have five months to practice my Snobberduty snobberism before I actually had to do it in public, LOL!

An SD stick car always out snobbers an old lady automatic SD, regardless of the year.

There.........that should raise the chicken feathers of all the Illinois SD auto car owners. Seems all the stick SD snobs live in Michigan.
