paypal payment on HOLD ?
i just received a payment that they say its on hold until i ship the item and get positive feed back ! WTF IS THAT ? says they do that to new members, bad feedback members, or high risk items. none of which i qualify for. im not sending anything until i get my money. this is crap. its just a few dollars worth of hardware !!!

Interesting, I just went into the paypal site and while easier to read the HR3200 Obamacare, I didn't see anything like a hold on payment till the item was received. Good plan Don't ship.

they had me on hold for 20 min (i just put on speaker and waited) but then came on and apologized AND released the funds. said it should have never happened ! this may be a first !!!!
