Sharkbait40 or Norman Hass, soosiesberries on Ebay, advertised
Honeycomb wheel caps in Ebay auctions.

1) The caps were stated as new, or like new, no scratches, with no
imperfections, show perfect." The caps arrived in a tiny box,
scratched and gouged.

2) The caps were deceptively described.

Norman, or Suzi question. Either way they are both totally unresponsive and will not do the right thing and accept an exchange or return.


The auction stated they were
"new, or like new, show perfect, with no surface scratches or
imperfections," which would mislead one to think we are talking about
used original honeycomb center caps. His buy it now was $250, which
supported a fair price for used, mint honeycomb center caps. I
emailed him, with a $200 offer to end the auction. He countered to
$225 and reassured me I could feel safe dealing outside of Ebay... "If
you need references look at my feedback, I'm not looking to run off
with your hard earned money and pontiac guys simply dont do that to
fellow Pontiac guys." True he does a 100% rating which did make me
feel like I was dealing with a stand-up man or woman?
Even after I sent the money the deception continued. When I asked why the
auction is still running, I was told, "I still havent been able to
cancel the auction but, I have to leave in a few minutes to go out of
town for Xmas so I'll deal with the mess when I get back."
There was no mess to deal with, as he was listing and relisting more
of the repos. He let it run because you knew you had more.
It turns out the caps were the repos selling for $69.99 at year One.
When i questioned him about the fact that he was selling repos he
stated, To be honest I have no idea that's why I didn't list them as
GM."
This statement makes me wonder, WHY wouldn't you say that you "honestly have no
idea if they are GM" or repos in your auction? That would be fair.
Instead, knowing they are very likely repos the seller mislead buyer
with deceptive auctions. Lies of omission. He countered my offer to
$225, as $200 is not enough profit for $69.99 inferior Chinese junk.
Actually, when you consider they were sent scratched, they were not
even worth the $69.99.
Everyday I send Norman an email.
