Hi all:
does anyone know the actual points of the "Points judging system". I noticed that there are more than one system out there. which is the more popular one, and does Pointac have a unique system of its own?

Yes, there is more than one system used.

POCI uses a 400 point system where they assume the car has 400 points and deduct accordingly for inaccuracies.

T/A Nats us a 5 category system with each category judged up to 20 points. Each category is broken into sub categories.

The Nats way is how most car shows are. The POCI way is the way for concourse judging. Both ways leave it up to the subjectiveness of the judges. What you get from year to year may change, for better or worse, depending on who judges the car.

Based on what we can see on this double White (is that a racist comment) TA, what should it bring in today's flat economy? It does have some redeeming features, but I'm bugged about the swap to an M20.

You can always change transmissions back but you still have a cut up hump from the process.
