Here's a pic of the diagram from the 69 assembly manual. Copy isn't very good, but you can make out most of the measurements. Interesting that it calls for three screw holes.

Would anyone have a factory template for a Hood Tach on a 1969 Firebird 400 Coupe? I want to make sure before drilling a hole in my hood the exact factory location for the Hood Tach.

If you have the assembly manual, I believe the info you need is in there. I'm at work, so I can't verify.
