Default Tow rating of flat utility bed?

Does anyone know the rated tow capacity of the tag along hitch on this type of utility bed?
They look pretty sketchy to me. I've got a steel car trailer I wouldn't have a lot of concern about, but sometimes I need to move a 13,000 lb trailer/high-lift. It's not a goose neck trailer.

As it is right there, is it even safe for the normal steel deck car trailer and occasional Grandville?

Wonder what it allows, and could it be safely strengthened to allow the heavy trailer?

It's a tilt bed. I can't be tied to the frame.
I could cut that off and mount one to the frame possibly.

I've pulled a 9100 lb JD 350B on that 4500 lb trailer with my 3/4 pickup with a class IV hitch. The insert stuff was 15 or 20,000 lb rated. The hitch troubled me, but I had to move it.

We all do stupid things ...once...... repeating it is madness.
I just retired my 3/4 ton Cheby 6 cyl granny gear 4 speed.
I pulled my JD 400 backhoe to the shop 20 miles away with it.
Trailer alone weighed 2000#,Ive been told the tractor weighs 10K.
I did it very early on Sunday AM so I wouldnt hit much traffic.
I once had a large Vemeer trencher on equipment trailer push
a company 1 ton utility body truck thru a red light even with trailer brakes.
If the truck doesnt weigh as much as the trailer and load you take that risk.

Ok, first thing, The hitch you have on tht truck is not going to handle much more that a 750 lb toung weight if that. Second if you even had a hitch mounted to frame or welded into frame the truck rating would most likely be no more than 11k gcvwr. The toung weight on the hitch maybe 1500 to 2000 lb. the trailer you have pictured is way too much trailer for that truck. Third and this is the real issue. Be safe a trailer that controls the tractor is not safe for anyone on the road including the driver. My company installs hitches and repairs all sizes and types of trailers from little utility to large car carriers to 54 foot semi trailers. I seen the good bad and ugly.

Be safe do it right....

Thanks all. The truck has 2-1/2 ton rear springs. I've hauled that much weight in gravel on it and the gearing works well with it too. But as far as the truck's weight? Yeah, it's light for the high-lift and trailer. My other 3/4 ton diesel truck is not rated to tow but about 7k lbs.

In the smart world, I'd replace both trailers with one 'tweener gooseneck version that would allow me to pull a car or the high-lift.

The trailer is a monster. It's overkill for my needs. Pulling it empty feels like pulling my steel deck trailer with a Pontiac on it. The price was right, though.
