still amazed at how small the front spoiler was those years, no doubt to avoid parking curb carnage.

I agree but the 76-79 cars do seem to be bringing some big dollars lately.

It's cars like this that can get me in trouble thinking of the potential and unknown needs for resurrection...

Yessir and many of those $500 cars cost $2,000+ to ship and/or more time & fuel $$$ if ya gather it up yourself on a mega mile purchase.

Agree w that.

The TA shown - is this in a "dry rust" area, or a "crust rust" humid area? If dry that surface is no big deal unless pinholes through hood, fenders, quarters, etc. Windshield / Rear Glass Channel, trunk and 1/4s corrosion is an unknown...? Is the engine and drivetrain intact? Interior?

Noted: Interesting that the front nose has "white or gray" showing through from under the Martinique paint, instead of the "Yellow" typically shown through on Van Nuys TA's like mine.
Edit: Like the one shown below - minus the Turbo hood - note the "yellow" nose base color.

BTT Muscle Collector's mentioned Martini: Interesting car with potential

Is a normal color 76-78 TA inching towards base 68-69 GTO money, and the SE's headed upwards of Judge money with no end in sight {or at least for the next 5-10 years. That's the way I seem to be seeing it. Of course were talking equal condition cars

I think I'm going to be patient trying to find another 68-69 A body and stick to 77-78 T top Trans Am's. That's , were I believe, the "sweet spot" is right now.

The fellow that bought this one from me spent some serious coin on it......

But it is now a "wanna be" S/E.....I can't believe that he wanted it to look like MOST of the other 79's out there....when that Atlantis Blue is a FAR cooler AND rarer color...

These T/A'S are getting rarer and rarer and people continue to keep butchering these cars up instead of restoring them back to the way when they were new !!!
