Cool. Wish the video was longer, but thanks. Steve was down here last Mon., said he'd take some pics for me too.
The word earlier should have been spelled silverier. What the hell, it's made up anyway. I imagine you guys checked out the Silver 69 T/A as well. |

Greg,
That is absolutely stunning. I love the rear bumper guards on these cars. I'm sure you have a lot of envious people. (including me) One thing I noticed. It should have amber front turn signal lenses. Dave |

72 used clear and amber. If the car originally came with plastic parking lamp housings it would have had amber lenses.

I thought there was three housings used in 72?
Metal direct wire clear lense. Plastic twist socket clear lense. Plastic twist socket Amber lense Mine is like Gregs in plastic valance too..

Adrian is a March 72 built vehicle. Which would have amber lens. The plastic valance had both clear and amber lenses depending on build date.
I believe 71 had another lens but not sure. Someone more familiar with 71's could chime in to verify. |

WOW! Absolutely beautiful! More pictures please. I have a new favorite best looking factory produced musclecar. (I'm kinda biased on the 72 Firebirds) Congratulations Greg, Steve everyone else involved in the saving and correct restoration of this car. Most definitely set a new high mark. Fantastic job guys!

Mike, looks like you're referring to bulbs, we're talking about the plastic lense. If the lense was clear you have an amber bulb and vise versa.
necdb3, I was referring to the lamp housing rather than the valance. |
