Really. So they are worth "at least .06 in et" and 0 mph?

Interesting. I would have thought that less power used to operate the trans would add mph and drop et.

Thanks for the 411

They are worth around .06 in et, zero in mph. Fact. Top end mph is a function of gear ratio, tire size and converter slippage. Et wins races, high mph shows the lack of ability to successfully apply the power to the pavement. Drag racing is an acceleration competition, not land speed racing. Who cares about mph.

I witnessed a race that was determined by MPH. Exact reaction time, exact ET 4 decimal places, win determined by MPH.

You probably don't want to at this point...it was 1986 or '87. I don't think it's like wine, couldn't have aged well.

She had a girl that was part of her act...she would give the groom and other party participants a wiffleball bat and the girl would lay on her back and pitch ping pong ball out of her, well you know, and the batter would try to hit them. Even if you struck out you were a winner. Ahhhh....good times.

Now back to this match race business.

Damn...didn't see your post...yup Long Island and that was the act. I was a stock broker at the time and the groom was a broker in the office. Crazy times not unlike some of those movies that were out recently.

By then she'd gone from ping pong balls to whiffleballs... Dang...

Today she could shoot a football like Tony Romo.

You got lost in the woods again? Ok cry away.

They talked about big worn out pusses and you come running. They weren't calling you. They were talking about differant one. From back in the 90s when you still had your mind.

KO has posted at least 2 times a date to race and you keep crying and deflecting about why you can't race.
