My understanding is it was parked & locked. The tow company got the door open so the Vin could be verified. Car appeared to be ok with no visible damage.

Thumbs up TO HOT TO HANDLE

Home safe & sound.
Based on the dust still covering the car, we think the removal happened within the week prior to Dec 10th. Getting the word out so quickly may have made whomever very nervous and they decided to drop it off, Thankfully with no missing parts and/or damage.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Videos are still being looked into at several businesses in the area.
This all happened very close to where it started, so we are hoping to get some answers.
But the important part is, it's HOME.

Thanks to all our Fellow Pontiacers down in the Houston/Katy area for such a great assist.

Cheers!

Thumbs up THIS OLD TEMPEST...

Keith,
I'm surprised you don't recall all my post during the rebuild.
This is the '63 that came back to Virginia after being relocated to Florida (Don't ask )
and after an 8 year hibernation it came back (in boxes I might add)

We started to put her back together Mar of 2012.
With lots of Q&A and help from you and many many others here we had it back up and driving.

'63 (Tony) is/was always the owner. I was just helping out a good friend, as much as you were helping out a fellow Pontiacer.

The Tempest had a good summer run here in the beach before we sent her down to Texas around July 2013 were she has been enjoyed by Tony and his Family. More then once he had indicated he was having more fun with the Tempest then he was with his Lemans race car

Tony was never a show kind of person so seeing him take the Tempest out to the Local shows & Cruises was a good feeling for me.
I just hope this situation doesn't change his feelings about enjoying t his Pontiac's.

There are still a lot of un-answered questions and many suspects.
But shes back and thats what counts.

I think what happen here was just how it goes with PONTIACERS we all stand together when the sh!t hits the fan.
I would also add that once I posted it on the Houston CL our fellow Pontiacers down that way ran with it.
MIMI & David both reached out to me quickly. This was quite the relay race

Tony you better count your blessings, you know it doesn't always turn out this way.

Cheers.
& Merry Christmas to you ALL

From talking with him,, he's a car guy, not Pontiac. Said he runs/attends car shows at that mall. Drives by there all the time & saw it sitting there for a couple of days straight,,, then saw the stolen post on Face Book. I saw his post just as it came up on Face book & told him to call the cops. He verified the Lisc. Plate # & called the cops & was there when they arrived to verify the vin #.
