Here are two pictures. One is the kit Ames sent me. The other is a picture of the original mount flange with nut built in. Did they send me the correct kit or is this for other year? I thought I would get two bolts and bushing with no nuts since they are part of that mount? Any one have a diagram of how it goes together . For my 68 GTO. Doug

Based on your photo, it looks like you may have ordered/were sent Ames S390 (64-67), whereas you would probably want S391 for 69-72 applications. The Ames catalog does not include a photo of S391 but what you have there is different from my original pieces. I've included a photo of my original pieces (the bushings are repos from OPGI). There's also a photo of assembly order, the mount flange goes inside and rests on the bottom of the frame rail. The rubber sandwiches the core support. If you clean the crud off of your mount flange, you should be able to reuse it. If you want new ones you would also have to order Ames S396.

Sent all picture by email to Ames . They said that is the correct set for 68 so I will try to use. Still think that bolt is to short? Any one else use this kit? Doug

You got the correct mounts.
This kit include lower washer and locking washer if You dot use the old "nut" in Your Picture. These "nuts" are sold by Ames as: https://secure.amesperf.com/qilan/Se..._part_num=s396 Håkan
