Nice. What rims are those? And what are the wheels/tire sizes?

American Racing VN500's 8" rear and 7" front.
Tires are Nitto 555's and are 234-45ZR-17 and 255-45ZR-17

Just joined this afternoon and thought I'd post my '69 Firebird 400 w/455. I bought it about 25 years ago for $500...."some assembly required". The car sat in the garage for the last 10 years due to some medical issues. Recently got it running again.

Hi,

Nice work. Fantastic looking.
What color is it?
I'm doing a 67 resto. Thinking about nightshade green which was the color of my 68 back in the 70's. Yours looks like it might be the same color. Looked green or gray depending on how the light struck it.
I'm planning to paint it myself as well.

Regards,

George

Default 67 Firebird 400

Here's my 67 Firebird 400, 4sp, AC, original 4piston front disc, number matching drivetrain, original color exterior, interior and top. At this time it's rolling on original American Racing ~1969 14" Torq-Thrust Wheels. I have the original rally 2's.
It is also set up as a ram air 1 car, but not a real ram air car. Everything else is correct as far as I know from PHS doc's. Early April 67 build.

Always nice to see a stock car at the drags. Rare site these days.
