Convertible top questions

My car has a manual top which has a few holes in it at the fold points and the back window is shot. So time for a new one.
Has anyone replaced their top with one that has a glass back window?
Have any of you guys bought one of the kits to convert it over to a power top? http://www.heartbeatcitycamaro.com/s...ion-1967-1968/
