Not to me, but that's just my opinion, and what do I know. I think the owner has a real strong belief on the collectability and desireabilityof his 4.9 trans am.

Maybe someday. It sure is clean and well sorted. One thing that I always find kind of odd, though, is after doing all that work they put in those goofy non-stock floor mats.

The first thing I see is the snowflake's center caps are wrong. They were not on the 79 TAs or Formulas. I believe those caps are from an 81 TA non turbo car.

Yes nice paint but no matter what he's done to it, to me it's only a 12 to 14,000 dollar car.... if that much. The interior is a bit dirty and faded too.

Same here,Gary. If it were a '79 pace car with the 400, possibly but a non-turbo 301?

I started to write this guy to ask if he had any pictures of the car... What are people thinking when the try to sell a car just showing parts of it. Reminds me of that old joke about the blind men trying to describe an elephant by the way a single part of it feels.
By the way, I followed his link to the photobucket site and still the closest he comes to a full photo is a quarter view from the front.

I guess you could say that photo proves the headlights work.

When I see some of the photos people use in their listing, I'm at lost for words, I can only shake my head.

It's $1100 because of a few leaks, I believe it's a oil which cost $14 to get fixed.
I really think he should knock that off the asking price.

Sure you just dump the $14 worth of oil out of the engine. Fixed!

Last line in ad says "hate to cut it up and send it out as scrap", from the looks of it, he must of changed his mind.
