You guys are really gonna kill yourselves trying to get the car done in 59 days. If you can get it done my hats of to you and Bob. Even if you cant get it done Id rather see the car rolling with no front clip at the show than one that was put together in a hurry. A few year back Rick brought that Ra4 judge vert with no front clip and it was real cool to see the detail work without the front sheet metal.

Man, That's going to be beautiful. Take your time, it gets done when it gets done.

Bob and Darrell, here's some good music to play as you work.

It will be done when it's done probably sums it up best. We'll be hurrying, but this won't turn into a rush job. Almost everything is restored/refurbished and ready for assembly once the paint is done, but that's still a lot of assembly. We'll keep our fingers crossed. Either way, it's going to look bad ass.

Glad it's coming to MCACN either way! All winter to finish for this awesome Formula!

I'm not sure this is an established fact worst case, and best case I am not sure it's a necessary discussion at this point. I am a man of faith that has always been able to achieve my goals through hard work and determination. Regardless, everyone is giving their best. That's all that can be expected.

We may joke & poke but I have no doubt this car fell into the right hands after all of the twists & turns in it's ride & will be spectacular when done.

Factory assembled these in less than two days from body buck to driver - you should be fine.

Yes, the Norwood crew assembled these complicated FBodies in a amazing pace. Both Camaro and Firebirds.

Bob's crew will do the assembly in time for MCACN and beyond!

Agree with Chris and Mike...

Bob and Darrell...here's a little Bad Company's "Rock Steady" for the new Theme Song!

Darrell has made a lot of progress this week. The bottom got red oxide yesterday, and everything is now ready for finish paint. The front sub frame assembly, rear axle/spring assembly, and a whole truck load of parts and pieces will be headed his way next week ....

Darrell is still hard at it and has gotten the "overspray" areas shot in with black this morning, along with the firewall and cowl. Here's a few pictures...

Bob, was there a "19-19" found on the firewall when he stripped it? I never looked closely for the image of one when I had the engine out. Just wondering since it is a special order color and they may not have had the actual "19" code for an F-body in 1972?

Looks frikken awesome by the way!
