Default inside door panel remote mirror escutcheon, cable support --1967 GP Hardtop ONLY.

Looking for the outside rear view mirror control escutcheon on the driver's side door panel; also the cable support. These parts were specific to the 67 GP HDTP because it was the first car made without vent windows. Will buy whole mirror assembly if necessary to get these parts.
Escutcheon (bezel) GM #9779390 (Oval shape)
Support (for cable) GM #7699109

I had checked Ames first. 1967 and 1968 Grand Prix each had a one year only bezel. Look closely at the picture I attached, it shows the 1967 only bezel, #9779390.
Ames does not carry either bezel or the support.
