Balancer ID
Here's the balancer on my round port headed motor. It looks to be a relatively new aftermarket item. I have a crapload of Pontiac fasteners but could not find one to fit the four holes. So I'm wondering if they're 5mm or 6mm holes.
I wanted to thread some bolts in and turn the engine over with a bar. |

Why not use the 15/16 crank bolt?
I would not use bolts and a bar to turn it over personally.

Why not just use the 15/16” crank bolt ?
It goes in with 160 ft lbs of torque and if with the plugs out you can’t spin the motor over then you have flat out major problems!
