I'm lucky my dual o-ring set up with my ARP2000 studs work fine ill see what happen this year.

I hope you are wrong on that...I am planning to run them and am expecting to make north of 2500.

I’m thinking Marty’s gas filled rings are more for a lower Hp level……under 1,600hp. Going by my research Steve Morris Hoops work for a higher hp level…. Over 1,600 hp. Just wondering what’s the known hp level Marty’s rings have held up to?

Interesting how some people don't understand how things work and should be rated. The rings don't know a thing about HP. They control cylinder pressure. Marty made about 1600 HP from a 406 ci engine. If I have the same cylinder pressure in a 505 ci or 535 ci engine engine how much more HP will I be making?

I’m not sure maybe it was another ring, I’ll have to do some research, thanks for catching that.

Must not read my posts George, I previously posted in the last day or so that the rings are available from Bob and Frank.

If you don't know who Bob and Frank are they are the All Pontiac Guys.

Just a guess....so don't worry. If I've read correctly they came out in the 90's that's 30 years ago......HP numbers have changed a lot since then......speacialy for Pontiacs. Its like anything else.........things change! Just for sh_ts and giggles........who has used Martys rings.....besides Marty?

Yes others are selling those rings.
I would use them but i would have to deck my block a lot to get rid of my current o-ring set up.....pain in the butt. My set up is sealing fine now that i switch to the ARP2000 head studs!

So you came to that conclusion over the fact that the rings came out in the mid 90s?

I'm not splitting hairs at all...Just admit that you just threw a number out there, right off the top of your head.

George likes to argue, let it go Opeliac, and run your program.
