Do you have an idea of cost for the current complete system that includes the blower drive? Basically everything, sans ecu.

We're still some ways away from any all-in pricing, the foundry will probably not finalize the production casting quotes until the first articles are approved later this summer.

The all-in cost target is to be in the ballpark or cheaper than an equivalent LS kit, such as made by Wegner or other high quality TVS blower kits.

What I'll likely do is start adding the various modules to the on-line webstore when it launches in a few weeks. I'll start with things like the cam trigger sensor kit and the serpentine accessory drive kit, which can be used without the blower kit even for folks that will never buy the blower. As these parts are 100% made in house from billet, I do have these costs pretty well worked out.

I know folks are keenly interested in total pricing- but I just don't have the production costs worked out yet and won't until the foundry finalizes their pricing.

What a fine effort for our old long dead engine.
Whatever keeps a LS out of a Pontiac is a good thing.
And no Pontiac with one of these would be lame.
The baddest LS in a Pontiac is always is.

So this is something that you totally designed yourself is that correct?
And you are using your smarts and the company you work for to do this?
Trying not to be nosey but this is buy-far one hell of a nice product.
and very proud of you for doing this for the pontiac community we surely
appreciate your indulgents in this product. Thank You very much.

FYI,John owns his company, very smart and was the of the men that helped me make the Bathtub intake project happen. His 5 access CNC machine comes in handy to produce what he gets in his mind and gets mounted on the engine, always looking to improve.Tom

Sounds good. I already run an ECU and have a trigger wheel and crank sensor. I would be interested in some sort of cam sensor. And of course the blower and intake set up. That would be great for the street strip car I am building.

I am going to say 834hp and over 900 torques with 300+ cfm flowing heads and non slipping belt. That's what I am going to go by, because I have those heads and a 70 400 block sitting, begging for a system like this for my T/A.

Thanks for all the effort you have put into this. Great work

Some quick updates, I've been busy getting this closer to production. the foundry has the patterns for the lid and are now working on the water crossover and manifold risers. In the meantime, I have finished up the online web store (link below) and finished up the accessory drive. Soon I'll add a AC option.

Here are some pics of the billet accessory drive after anodizing.

How're things coming along?
Any word on the test vehicle doing real world testing?
I have a Holley Sniper 102MM TB- will that bolt up to your intake?
Will a Holley Dual-Sync work with this setup, or are you driving the crank and cam sensors another way?
Thanks!

Things are moving along nicely.

The foundry has completed the Lid tooling and is finishing up the other parts now.

In-car testing is planned for two vehicles, both GTO's. One is my '65, and the other a '69. The test engine in my '65 will contain all the production castings and represent the "as-shipped" production configuration.

I was curious as to the condition of the bottom end of the test engine, after absolutely thrashing it for 3 days on the dyno ,so I pulled the pan Sunday and looked at all the main and rod bearings. Everything looked great, so the bearings went back in as-is. Cam/lifters looked great, and leakdown was <1% due to the gapless rings.

I'm working on an AC mount/drive that will be optional for guys that have an AC car. I'll post some photos of this shortly when I finish up the design, and 3D print some test articles.

Lastly, I ordered a custom extrusion die for the fuel rails, so I can have a reliable source for in-house custom EFI fuel rails. Should have the first parts in about 3 weeks.

The Holley 102 mm TB is a direct bolt on. For ignition, you can use the dual sync, with or without an external crank trigger, COP/CNP digital ignition, or an MSD Pro-billet with a phased rotor- so lots of ignition choices.

Here are a couple of pics of the 2nd test engine, a 455 built by another forum member. This may be ready to go into a car as soon as next weekend.

Other progress is the AC module is complete, it can be retrofitted to the standard supercharger kit for anyone who wants to add AC, either in the future or right way. It uses a Sanden style compressor, and mounts near the passenger side valve cover, similar to the stock position but of course a much smaller compressor.

I'm 3D printing the first test parts now, I'll post some pics when they are finished.
