Just got my Vintage Vehicle Services GM Canada Documentation it has a great deal of information and shows that there were 3172 Esprits imported into Canada of which 728 were W73 {Yellowbird}, it also shows that 444 Esprits came with the CC1 {T-top}. It does not say how many W73 came with the T-top, but safe to say that number is less than 444. I am almost ready to bring the car home, moved away from the wall and aired up the tires and took a couple more pics.

Looking good!

Interesting on the docs about the W73 at the bottom of docs.
Camel Tan was the only interior color.
Looks like well optioned Bird.

Car has been moved out of the garage that was home for 27 years, lots of tears shed by the original owner Joanne. The car is not going far and will be cleaned and put back on the road. It is already registered for its first car show in August and the plan is to pick up Joanne and take her to the show in the car she purchased 44 years ago. More tears will be shed I'm sure, but the smile on her face will last longer.

More pics, this is as close to a barn find as you can get, I have been ordering parts everywhere, and anywhere I can find what I need except the seat covers, those are proving to be a wait and see what happens. If SMS has the fabric in stock, I will order enough to do both front seats and have a local guy make new ones.

Took it out for its first cruise tonight, I was in the passenger seat. No issues at all ran great, had the T-windows off with the hot and humid weather we've been having 31 C plus humidity. Plus, a lot of smoke from the forest fires in BC and Jasper national park.
