I have a used bare set of 430 Hiports. They will need to be welded. They are 61cc. $1000 plus shipping.

Thin spot in the short turn area caused by the KRE CNC program. Common problem and and easy fix for the right shop.

No, it's usually a thin spot on one of the inside runners and then the opposite one on the other head.
