Default Blue Suede Cruise at Norwalk

Mywifes cousin sent me the attached pic of a neat looking 65 Lemans (also looks like one next too it) today from a car show at Norwalk. I know its not Pontiac powered but still interesting. Anybody know anything about it? Just curious...

It is Pontiac powered I took some pictures of it last weekend.

Its says KRE on it and they are all about PONTIACS and only PONTIACS.
