Default Shifter boot

My 1972 LeMans GT. that originally came with a floor mounted 3 speed (now a 4 speed), has an under boot that's ripped. I have been looking for a replacement with no luck. Any idea of a source??? It's got a GM part number 486935.

Assuming that your car is W/O console, Original Parts Group offers a shifter boot for that application but the reviews are not great stating the rubber rips after a short period of time. I also see one advertised for Buicks that may work. I found these by searching the part number with a description of lower shifter boot.

Also, a seller on Ebay called Jolt Parts claims to have one for sale that is a reproduction but the same thickness and material as the original part. Says they only have one left.
