Default choke adjustment

How do I adjust the fast idle step on the choke. It seems to stay too high for too long.

What is the fast idle RPM for a RAIV? The chart does not give an RPM but diagram #4 states to adjust to specified RPM.

OK, I found figure 6D-19. Why is the RAIV fast idle at 2800 RPM while all other motors are at 2000? No wonder it sounds too fast, but I think it's set right.
