Default 67 Tempest Bench Seat

Finally got that monster covered and discovered that I am missing a few pieces. I posted in the WTB, but figured posting here might also get some views...

Looking for the following:

1- assist spring for bench seat (has one long end and one short end)
2- gaskets that go btw the hinges and the upholstery
1- right (passenger side) plastic hinge cover (any color is fine, black preferred)
1- knob for the bench seat adjuster

Figure someone has some of these lying around after swapping to buckets...

Did you post this in ‘Parts Wanted’? Might get some responses there. Good luck

1. The Bench seat track return spring (or assist spring) is the same as the bucket seat return springs. Available from every restoration catalog or ebay.

2. For hinge pin "gaskets, go to your local Lowes/Home Depot/or Hardware store- look in the assorted hardware section and they usually have drawers with all kinds of misc stuff- there will likely be a section with NYLON/plastic bolts and washers. Get the largest one they have and it will likely be a perfect fit (i get these from lowes for my seat projects, the hole is the perfect size, although the overall diameter is a tiny bit smaller that the original ones)

3. The hinge covers are available in the restoration catalogs, they are the same up to 1972. Probably have to buy a pair.

4. is this for the seat track or the seatback lock? both are available from any restoration catalog or ebay
