I like these '72 style caps just fine myself Lloyd,but I'm kinda biased on the subject,I got a set just like those for my '72 firebird.

Though I agree the earlier style caps b-man mentions look nice as well,I like yourself,just prefer to keep things looking close to "correct" for the year model of car.

I've also seen two variations of those earlier style poverty caps he mentioned.

Frankly though,,,I've never seen a poverty cap I did'nt like!!!

At one time I had sets of each of several styles,I had a set of the late 60's style,the "baby moon" style,these '72 styled ones,and another style that were from a late seventies/early eightees car (lemans IIRC).

But I sold those and kept these,as that was the correct cap for the car I have now.

Car looks good as-is.
