I installed a Pertronix ignitor and flame thrower coil in my basically stock 67 GTO. Sometimes the engine is hard to start and turns slowly. I've read where there could be voltage drops in the wiring leading to this condition.

I installed using the way the harness is currently set-up. Should I be using 12V from the fuse block, and connect it to the coil, independant of the harness?

thanks.
