I just bought a new repro shroud and a 19" flex fan to hell cool her down. I am not sure where the two little clips that came with it go. i know they hold the bottom of the shroud but to what. I bought a new 4 core rad for a 69 bird from ames. I have a 1 3/4 spacer making the fan just inside the shroud. But when i bolted the top of the shroud and then slid each side of the shroud into the big clips that are welded on the rad, the fan hits the shroud. just not enough room. driving me mad !!! anyone else have any problems.
