I bought the dash and auto console vinyl directly from Darryl Roach at Performance Restorations for my 67 GTO. These are the same inserts carried by PY (PY was backordered at the time while Darryl still had some left).

The dash fit fine, but after a months time I went to install the console pieces and noticed they had shrunk. At least a 1/16" of white backing was exposed all along the edges. It was store in a cool place so heat was not an issue.

I called Darryl and he says yes, despite numerous attempts to find different vinyl, this is as good as he can get it. PY also said that the pieces they have on the shelf have some degree of shrinkage as well.

I thought this heavy vinyl was the best that was out there. Anyone ever experience this problem? Is everyone running around with "shruken" vinyl in there interior???
