Howdy all..... I have to go buy some tools and am wanting some advice on which type to get. I have to cut out my entire floor of a 68 GTO and some quarter skin. What is the best tool to use for this? I am thinking a air cutter, would this be the way to go to cut out the panels/flooring etc?

Also I have read through alot of these posts about welding, I gather from them that TIG is the way to go. What would be a good portable/home shop welder to get. I have done alot of welding, but only ARC and Axcetaline and some MIG. Never TIG.

So, bottom line is which welder and which cutter to buy for sheet metal for a 68 GTO?

THANKS for any and all advice.

Bill
