Is there a tri power expert in the house?
I just purchased a tri power setup which was supposed to be off a 66 GTO. After getting a good look at this setup, it was clear it is an earlier setup. It has no tags on the carbs,no casting # on the manifold other than what I assume is the date "c 5 9".
all 3 carbs have 1 7/16" throttle bores, and 2 5/8" air cleaner necks. All appear to be original. The casting #'s on the bottom of bowls are 7009094 with a 57 for the fr. and rear carbs. the center carb has a 700 and in a circular fashion7012139 along with the same 57 markings. a 2023 is cast in ea, of the carb. base. 529220 is cast in the t/stat hsg. Is this a sought after setup? Any info would be helpful, as I find the mid fifty Pontiac material hard to find around these parts. The heat crossover has round ports.
what years will this manifold fit?
