I replaced the front coil springs on my 67 GTO a couple years ago, when both the motor and front clip was removed. Now that the car is almost finished, I've developed a sag in one of the springs. I've heard where a "preloading" condition could exist, and the sagging spring is actually correct and the opposite side is too high. Both springs are seated correctly. Moog is the manufacturer of the springs. Anyone have any experience with preloading condition? How do you correct it?
