How much risk is there if both floor pans from the firewall rearward to the start of the rear seat pan are removed for '69 HT.

I purchased full-length pans and already completely removed the LH, but did not notice the lip that runs down the transmission hump and drive shaft length on the pan. The LH pan goes on top of the RH...

Question is this... being that I have to replace the RH pan as well as the center brace, how much risk is there of the body twisting if I remove the entire RH pan? I do have 1" tubular steel body braces between the A-pillar and lock post betwen both doors (see my Web page pictures) as well as have the vehicle on jack stands.
