The front and rear bumbers on my '77 had been primered over when I got the car. The problem is it is starting to crack and flake off where the bumper has been flexed.
My questions are this:
1. Isn't there something that has be added to the primer (or paint for that matter) to keep it from cracking?
2. What is the best way to get the primer off? Chemical stripper? Sanding? or?
