I'm building a '81 Pontiac Grand Prix with a '68 RAM AIR IV. I'm looking to be streetable but by far not a daily driver.

Block; 400 .060 over (413)
Heads; #61's.. Flow 220+ @ .600
Cam??; 520's lift 310 +/- duration ????
Valve train; Roller lifters, 1.62 Roller rockers
Compression; 10.2:1 with flat tops ( +/- 75CC )
Intake; Weiand dual plane 7286
Carb ; Holey 780 dual feed
Exhaust Muffler; Headers, Dual pipes into Grand National transverse 2 in 2 out resonator
Rear Axle; 3.73:1
Torque Converter; 2800rpm ???

Any suggestions...?????
Big question; WHAT CAM, WHAT CARB, WHAT TORQUE CONVERTER
What HP should I expect... Sure would like to be in the 11's.. I'd like to spray it into the 10's with a plate
