started to remove my seats today working around work got the pas. seat out and the bottom part of the back seat but having a hard time trying to fig out how to get the top part of the seat out found to bolts on the bottom and cant see any other ones holding the seat in. are there any other bolt holding that. if not how do you take the top part of the seat out.

another q is that when i took the pas seat out i notice that there is a small spot that is rust it about 6in long and its a little bit smaller than a penny i was thinking of just cuting it out but its right near the bolts for the seat belt and the bolt for the seat what should i do??
