Olds is dead-on correct about not using the turkey tray. Mondell's also agreed. They sell em but dont recommend em. Go with the gasket on each head. Coat the water jacket on BOTH sides with RTV sealer. I bought the permatex that is for water pumps and t-stat housings. Gaskets and new stainless ARP maifold bolts came today. Now if it were daylight at 5 pm when i get home............
