There are two specific Firebird dashes. 1970-77 and 78-81. In 1978 the radio hole was made larger to allow the 8-track or cassette player inside the radio rather than being external.
Nice early style dashes can still be had for a reasonable price. 1971 Trans Am 455 HO - Cameo white 1973 Trans Am 455 - Buccaneer red 1984 Trans Am 305 - Royal blue
