If you buy the Marine Clean from Ames it comes with a sprayer. Spray and wipe with a terry cloth for best results. Also have a wire brush and 1" Puddy knife for stubborn grease and dirt. You only need it to sit for 1-3 min and the stuff comes right off. I thought the stuff worked great plus its non-toxic and non-petroleum based...easy to work with and will not cause paint bonding problems.
