For what it's worth?
I bought a Holley carb from the carbdoctor off ebay. He listed it as a factory rebuilt unit. From my own personal experience, this seller is 100% legit. If I ever need to buy another carb., and the carbdoctor has what I'm after, I'll buy it in an instant from him.
